Yesterday, at a workshop in Rome organised by IALA and the Italian Coastguard on VTS Competent Authorities, the Jovellanos Centre provided a 45-minute presentation on their VTS training experience over the past 30 years. The presentation was delivered by Carlos Fernández Salinas and Raquel Rojo Díaz.
