This course has been designed for personnel who are or may become members of the bodies responsible for managing the response to marine pollution emergencies.

Goals

The course has been designed to provide trainees with knowledge on decision making, training, and managing a crisis committee, communication techniques and public relations; in order to provide the correct response to marine pollution situations, according to the basic structure established in contingency plans.

Course regulated under Orden FOM 555/2005 of 2 March.

The Jovellanos Center is homologated by the DGMM Resolution of March 3, 2006.
